To build Godrej MSR City, 62 acres of land were set aside for the master plan. There are entry and exit points, apartment towers, outdoor amenities, a clubhouse, and plans for future projects in the layout. In Phase 1 of Godrej MSR City, there are 1961 apartment units for sale spread out over 6 residential buildings. There are 31 high-rise towers in these buildings, and each one is set up as 2B+G+15.
