Nambiar District 25

I am Miles Wyatt, working as a Modern Interior Designer for Nambiar District 25, a new ultra-luxury residential project by Nambiar Group at Muthanallur Cross, Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. The 100-acre site has 4000 premium 2–4 BHK Vaastu Flats (1200–2500 sq ft) starting price at Rs 1.47 Cr, in 36 towers with G+32 floors and 4 corner units each. I design stylish, functional interiors, choosing new furniture, lighting, colors, and decor that fit the architecture and Vaastu. Using real layouts and floor plans, I create 3D models and mood boards to help buyers new visualize spaces. My work improves home comfort, supports sales, and strengthens the company’s luxury reputation.
